Deep Breathing

It can really help to do some daily deep breathing. Get some information on very basic meditation techniques. One way to do this is to get home from work and then lie on your bed. Close your eyes and tense each body part and then relax, from toe to head, and back again. Take 15 minutes to do this. You will feel incredible!
